Meet Virtuous Nutrition Director & Dietitian

Charmini is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist, recognised by the Dietitians Association of Australia.

Charmini has always been passionate about health and wellbeing, and knew at a young age that she wanted to have a career in healing that focused on helping people achieve optimal health as a preventative measure. Addressing this through the ever changing world of nutrition seemed like the ideal choice, which led her to complete a Bachelor Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Monash University followed by a Master Degree in International Public Health at the University of Queensland.

As a dietitian she has been helping clients from all walks of life in and around Australia, Philippines, Switzerland and Sri Lanka. She has fine-tuned her skills in the nutritional management of varied health conditions including heart disease, diabetes, cancer, gastrointestinal disorders and weight management.
